MONDAY - 4+1 Positive Breastfeeding Phrases


  1. Formula is NOT failure

  2. Some days your milk supply WILL be low. And it is normal.

  3. You are learning. This is NEW to you. No need to rush.

  4. Bottlefeeding or chestfeeding formula or donor breastmilk DON'T MATTER. Your baby will love you exactly the same!

  5. It does not matter if you do it for SHORT or LONG. Your baby appreciate it!


TUESDAY - 5 Breastfeeding TIPS you don't know are essential


  1. Correct position is KEY and can be as stranger as you like!

  2. Stay CALM... You don't have to succeed from the first attempt.

  3. Watch and learn your BABY's QUES. Only they know what they need.

  4. Keep trying if you struggle at first. It's a LEARNING PROCESS and you are learning together.

  5. Don't be afraid to ASK FOR HELP! Lactation consultants are amazing at helping new parents.

  6. Breastfeeding lowers FERTILITY about 97% the first 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding.
